CNN has testified that United States America ( USA ) President Donald Trump did not say Operation Desert Storm took place in Vietnam during his Independence Day address

Snopes and CNN reporters confirmed this on Sunday morning hour while reacting to edited video trending on social media that suggests President Donald Trump made such statement.

In the said address, Donald Trump listed a number of wars the nation has fought in, referencing the Vietnam War and the first Gulf War.

Surprisedly Reporters from Snopes and CNN confirmed that a short clip from his speech being shared online is misleading because it has been edited in a way that makes it appear as though the president says Operation Desert Storm took place in Vietnam.

A member of Trump’s campaign shared a longer clip from the speech to show the president listing the wars separately.

It is a statement of fact to state here that Trump and CNN do not always on many issues thus, it is therefore to hear CNN reporter to now testify in favour of Donald Trump.
