A Judge Whose Husband Is An APC Chieftain Is To Decide Ihedioha\’s Case Today.

There is much anticipation in the air ahead of the Supreme Court\’s review of the governorship situation in Imo state today in whose Ihedioha\’s faith is to be decided.

The supreme court has fixed today for hearing of the application filed by Emeka Ihedioha, a former governor of Imo state who was removed from office in January and declared Hope Uzodinma as governor.

Ihedioha had asked the apex court to review the judgement which led to his removal as governor.

Ahead of today\’s review, the apex have released the panel of judges. The panel is led by Chief Justice of Federation, Justice Tanko Mohammed and it includes Justice Kudirat Kekere Ekun.

Kekere Ekun Was the same judge that read the judgement that removed Emeka Ihedioha from office.

She has been a Supreme Court judge since 2013 and has handled many cases.

She raised some controversies after her involvement in the earlier hearing because of the personality of her husband.

Justice Kekere Ekun is married to Alhaji Kekere Ekun an APC chieftain.

Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun.
