Just In: First Case Of #Coronavirus Officially Reported In Nigeria

The Honourable Minister of Health, Adeleke Olorunnimbe Mamora has officially confirmed the first ever case of #Coronavirus in Nigeria which was discovered on the 27th of February, 2020.

The discovery was made on an Italian citizen who however works in Nigeria.

The said young man was said to have just returned from a trip in Milan, Italy when the routine test conducted at the Lagos State Teaching Hospital confirmed him positive for #Coronavirus

In the light of this, the minister of health has gone on to encourage Nigerians to adhere to all the safety measures for preventing #Coronaviru which includes drinking a lot of water, at least once every 15 minutes, avoid sneezing into your hands, washing of hands regularly, etc.
