Former Liverpool Mask Man and Senegalese International, El Hadji Diouf has refuted the news going around that he is dead.

El Hadji Diouf disclosed this on his official twitter handle on Thursday morning.

El Hadji Diouf who tweeted in French says, \” I wish to use this medium to let all my fans, friends and relations know that I am not dead but hale and hearty alive \”

He went further to say, \”I was shocked to see my picture flying around all over internet that I, El Hadji Diouf has passed on as a result of COVID-19 pandemic\”.

He added in a multiple tweets, \” I don\’t know why people don\’t verify news before they put on air\” \”Is it a crime to have a name sake ? I learnt Former Marseille President \’Pape Diouf\’ passed on due to COVID-19 pandemic but people now referred his dead to me\” \”God forbid, I am living my private life here in Paris with my family and I am very fine\”
