\”How I Stopped Taking Things Personal
1. I REALISED that other people\’s attitude is not about you. When someone is rude or insensitive it\’s likely to be a reflection of their own background issues.
2. I ASKED MYSELF what else the comment or behaviour might mean. For example, if someone doesn\’t smile or say hello, they might be actually shy not snobbish
3. I TAKE COMMENTS or criticism in a constructive way. Ask yourself if there\’s any truth to it, and what you could learn.
4. I TAKE A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE. I Ask Myself how an unbiased outsider would see the situation.
5. I REALISED that I can\’t please everyone.
6. I DECIDED not to be defined by my mistakes or other people’s criticism NO ONE is perfect !
7. I DISCOVERED that my self-worth depends on ME and doesn’t depend on what others say or think about me.
Living a happy life is not all about money or riches you can have all the wealth but still be miserable.
So enjoying life is much about letting go and freeing up space in your mind to think straight and be at peace … if you practice these tips like I do, you’ll get a light mind towards life and you’ll always be beaming with smiles…oh and don’t forget to thank me later😂😂😂
