Christians are told to be a shinning light to the world as we commemorate the birth of the King, Jesus Christ, the saviour of the world.
Pastor Matthew Jonathan of Christian Mission In Many Lands ( CMML ) Church, Agada Ogbabede in Dekina Local Government Area of Kogi State gave the charge today being 25th December, 2020 while giving Christmas message.
He said believers of our Lord Jesus Christ, are to live life worthy of emulation which is according to the Lord\’s teaching and standard.
Pastor Jonathan who took his reading from the book of Matthew chapter 2 vs 3 said, even when Jesus suffered rejection and blasphemy in the hands of Herod, his faith for God was never in doubt adding that Christians are to live a Christ – like life in order to make heaven.
Earlier, there were special prayers for the development of Agada, Dekina, Kogi and Nigeria at large by Rev. Ilemona John, Elder Joseph Ocheni and Elder David Wada Musa.
There were also special numbers from Junior and senior choirs to mark the service.
