Information reaching ourworldgist suggests that Ize-Iyamu the candidate of All Progressive Congress ( APC ) in Edo last gubernatorial election is currently in intensive unit of a private hospital in Benin following High Court ruling in Abuja on Saturday that nullified a petition of certificate forgery against Governor Godwin Obaseki of Peoples\’ Democratic Party ( PDP ).
An eye witness said, the judgement did not go down well with Ize-Iyamu and he immediately developed high blood pressure.
The information added that party faithfuls around him as at the time of the incident immediately rushed him to a private hospital in Benin.
Meanwhile, as at the time of filing this report, all effort made to speak with Ize-Iyamu\’s Media spokesperson proved abortive.
Recall that High court sitting in Abuja led by Honourable Justice Ahmed Mohammed on the allegation of certificate forgery against Governor Godwin Obaseki had on Saturday being 9th January 2021 dismissed the petition brought before it by Ize-Iyamu of APC.
