One of the TELPECON stakeholders identified as Shambach, has advised TELPECON grant hopefuls to jettison planned protest against delay in disbursement assuring that TELPECON grant is real and is at the pick of disbursement after all the incumbrances fighting against disbursement have been addressed.
Shambach, disclosed this in a nine and half minute audiovisual released on Tuesday afternoon being 9th February 2021.
According to Shambach, he said, Rev Elomama who is the President of TELPECON is a man of integrity and has assured grant disbursement to the beneficiaries as soon as possible.
Shambach who apologized to the beneficiaries in his opening savoy for the protracted delay made it abundantly clear that Rev. Elomama is not responsible for the delay rather "the power that be".
He threatened that, immediately after TELPECON grant disbursement, he would mobilize for a nation wide protest against other grants like: SEM, GOLDEN BRIDGE, COMMONWEALTH, KING DAVID, THEOBATH, OSEEA, MTN grants and many others who have failed to disburse to Nigerians after registering them.
